Annual Giving Report for Fiscal Year 2010
DONOR RECOGNITION  Although the decision to be recognized publicly for one's generosity is a personal choice for each donor, many of our donors welcome this acknowledgment, in hopes that others will follow their example.
The Foundation proudly recognizes our donors in our Main Lobby and adjacent areas on plaques dedicated to the individuals, families, corporations, and foundations who have supported the Pocono Health System over the years, and who continue to support us now.
Annual gifts of $1,250 and above qualify for recognition on the Annual Campaign Donor Wall located in the Main Lobby, and is updated each year. The following levels of annual giving are recognized as follows:
The Samaritan, Humanitarian, Chairman's and President's Club are invited to the annual President's Dinner.
Legacy for Tomorrow Circle members and donors of irrevocable estate gifts receive special recognition within the Main Lobby Seating Area. A quarterly Legacy for Tomorrow Circle newsletter keeps members informed on a variety of planned giving subjects.
Donors are recognized in the Lifetime Donor Recognition Society through six giving levels for their ongoing gifts.

Members of the six societies are recognized at the annual President's Dinner and presented with a specially designed Pocono Health Foundation pin.
The Foundation's "Blueprint for the Future Plaque" displays Donors making gifts or commitments of $10,000 or more between July 2003 to the present.

$100,000 - $999,999 Diamond Level
$50,000 - $99,999 Gold Level
$10,000 - $49,999 Silver Level
All donors to the Annual Campaign are recognized in the Foundation's Annual Giving magazine published in the fall. Included in this recognition are the five annual giving levels:
$25,000 + President's Club
$10,000 - $24,999 Chairman's Club
$5,000 - $9,999 Humanitarian Club
$1,250 - $4,999 Samaritan Club
$250-$1249 Community Partners Club
$1- $249 Friends Club
Donors in the Community Partners and Friends Club are invited to the annual President's Reception.
