Pocono Health Foundation is comprised of a twelve member volunteer board of directors and a full time staff of five.

Annually, the Foundation receives more than 2,000 charitable gifts and raises more than $2,500,000 as a base of support for Pocono Health System.

In addition, Pocono Health Foundation helps to develop talented individuals and provide resources to community initiatives by awarding grants each year. In June of 2009, more than $28,500 was presented in grants to individuals and organizations that submitted competitive proposals to improve the quality of life in the Community.

The Foundation was established in 2002 and has its own 501(c)(3) charitable designation.
